The last part on the blog from Saalbach 2015 contains panoramas and some regular vistas taken across the Saalbach valley, which includes the ski areas of Leogang, Saalbach, Hinterglemm, Vordeglemm Lengau. The panoramas are taken with a Nikon D800 and a Nikon 28-300mm f/3.5-5.6 lens by stitching pictures together. The panoramas are made from anything from four to as many as 129 individual pictures as the most. Even though I try to get the best possible light to shoot the landscape pictures the lift opening hours are of course a limitation when you visit as a short time tourist. Sometimes the light is hard but on the other hand that is how most of us see these mountains. Overall, I am very pleased with the area, which as stated in earlier posts has some really challenging sections and also offers something for most skiers – all the way from beginners to professionals. The landscape is stunning and the beauty of the mountains is appealing!
